Welcome to the Miller Flooring website. By accessing or using our website, submitting estimation forms, or scheduling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Estimates

All estimates, quotes, and pricing provided through the website, email, or telephone are based on initial user measurements and verbal details. They are **provisional estimates** and do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing is subject to physical subfloor inspection, precise layout measurements, and final contract sign-off by a Miller Flooring representative.

2. User Obligations

By submitting our estimate request form, you agree that:

• All contact information (name, email, phone) provided is accurate.
• You own or maintain authorized leasehold control of the property listed for the project site.
• You consent to receive phone calls, text messages, or email communication from us regarding your request.

3. Contract and Payment Terms

Once a project is approved, a formal, signed installation contract will supersede these website terms. Typical contracting parameters include:

• **Deposits**: A standard deposit (usually 50%) is required before materials are ordered and loaded for installation.
• **Final Payments**: Balance payments are due immediately upon final walkthrough and project handover.
• **Cancellations**: Cancellation windows and restock fee penalties for custom ordered wood or tile will be detailed in your project contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, headers, content layouts, custom logos, badges, and images featured on this website are the intellectual property of Miller Flooring or are used under valid developer stock licenses. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any assets without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute accuracy in subfloor measurement guides, material recommendations, and timeline projections, Miller Flooring is not liable for structural delays, moisture-related subfloor failures, or shipping hold-ups outside our direct operational control.

6. Written Warranty Terms

Our installation and craftsmanship warranty extends to the terms detailed in the finalized signed customer agreement. Warranty coverage does not include structural house settling, direct moisture flooding damage, or normal wear and scratch tear caused by pets or heavy objects.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Miller Flooring operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
